If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or gets lost in transit, we will arrange a free replacement or store credit.

1. Contact us at support@faithisinthefire.com within 30 days of receiving your item (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if your package was lost in transit).
2. Provide your order number and include a clear photo showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your claim and respond with a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Do not mail any packages back to the fulfillment address without contacting us first, as return centers vary by product type.

To ensure long-lasting quality, pristine fabric condition, and zero graphic or embroidery degradation, please follow these general care guidelines:

👕 For Custom Apparel (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Polos):

• Washing: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
• Bleaching: Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Do not use fabric softeners.
• Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the absolute longest product life.
• Ironing: Cool iron inside-out if needed. Never iron directly over the custom prints or decoration.
• Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.

🧢 For Headwear (Snapbacks, Dad Hats):

• Washing: Spot clean or hand wash using a clean, damp cloth or soft brush with mild detergent.
• Washing Warning: Do not machine wash or fully submerge headwear, as this can distort the internal brim structure.
• Drying: Do not tumble dry. Always reshape and let it air-dry flat in the shade.
